Career Employment Group Inc is seeking applications for qualified plumbers to work with our valued Host Employer in Adelaide.

These are full time positions with immediate start. $35 to $40 per hour with BIRST Fund, long service leave, 12% superannuation and travel allowance included.

A South Australian family owned plumbing business, specializing in Commercial, Industrial and Civil Plumbing, we are looking for enthusiastic qualified licenced plumbers who are able to work as part of a team, be self motivated, have a can do attitude and quality workmanship.

Position Responsibilities

• Ensure that plumbing works carried out are compliant with all relevant standards and completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Competently and safely operate machinery, tools and equipment to perform plumbing tasks.
• Good communication skills with clients.
• Ability to read and interpret civil plans and drawings.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Ensure all respective works comply with relevant Australian Standards, BCA, Local Ordinances and other relevant codes and standards.
• Ensure that work is organised and executed in a timely manner.
• Material, labour, plant and equipment is used as effectively and efficiently as possible.
• Ensure that all tools and equipment are clean and well maintained.
• Operate vehicles, plant and equipment and tools in a proper manner.
• Undertake all other reasonable tasks and duties that are peripheral to your role and within your skill and ability, as directed.

Position Requirements

• Have a current Plumber’s Licence.
• Be proficient in maintenance, plumbing and gas fitting in residential, commercial and industrial environments – with demonstrated prior experience in a similar role.
• Hold a current White Card.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and also in a team.
• Hold a Provisional or Full Driver’s Licence.
