Venue and Restaurant Manager

Career Employment Group Inc is seeking applications for a Venue and Restaurant Manager to work with our valued Host Employer in Whyalla.
This is your chance to showcase your hands-on ability to work with and lead a team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, managing and motivating staff, and will also work with the chef.
To be successful in this role, strong leadership skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service along with an energetic and positive can-do attitude is needed, to ensure the efficient running of the restaurant.
Position Requirements
- Proven leadership abilities, with a strong emphasis on providing outstanding customer service.
- A dynamic and optimistic mindset with a strong “can-do” attitude.
- Be punctual and have great work ethic.
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Certificate in Hospitality Management would be an advantage but is not required.
