Travel Arrangements We offer flexibility with travel to and from the site, with flights available from Adelaide and Port Augusta. For those living closer to the operation, we are happy to discuss drive-in/drive-out (DIDO) arrangements for communities such as Nepabunna, Copley, and Leigh Creek.

What You Need to Join Us

We are specifically seeking applications from Adnyamathanha people who meet the following criteria:

• A valid driver’s licence (an HR licence is highly desirable, though training can be provided)
• Willingness to work on a fly-in/fly-out (FIFO) or DIDO roster, with an even-time schedule and 12-hour shifts
• Ability to complete a pre-employment medical assessment
• Commitment to adhering to safe work procedures and working well as part of a team
