Career Employment Group Inc is currently seeking applications for an Office Administrator to work with our valued Host Employer in Whyalla. This position initially requires you to work 15-20 hours per week, usually from 9:00am – 1:00pm.

Position Duties

As part of this role, you will undertake a range of administrative duties related to the management of real estate listings and properties, including:

  • Organise new and manage existing real estate listings, including open inspections, property guides and correspondence with clients and agencies.
  • Catalogue and detail land, buildings and businesses for sale or lease, and arrange advertising.
  • Management of new and existing properties and tenants.
  • Reception duties, including answering calls, taking messages, and managing email inboxes.
  • General office duties, including filing and stationery orders.
  • Financial tasks, including taking payments, invoicing, reconciling accounts, and payroll.

 Position Requirements

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise deadlines.
  • Be able to satisfactorily pass a pre-employment medical.
  • Excellent work ethic, punctuality, and exceptional communication skills.
  • Hold a current driver’s licence (desirable, minimum provisional).
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Experience or knowledge of the real estate industry would be advantageous but is not required.
