Front of House Hospitality Staff

Position Information
You will work as part of a strong team to assist with the day-to-day running of the motel, and utilise your skills to work effectively in the hospitality industry. You may also undertake the following tasks:
- Prepare, serve and sell a range of beverages.
- Provide great customer service to patrons, including greeting and serving them with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of work area.
- Process transactions accurately in accordance with business procedures.
Position Requirements
To be considered for this position, the following is required:
- Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Prior experience is essential.
- Have a passion for food and beverage operations.
- Have exceptional customer service skills.
- Work well in a team and have great work ethic.
- Have a friendly and professional attitude.
- Hold a current Driver’s Licence.
