Career Employment Group Inc is seeking applications for a full time Administration Trainee to work with our valued Host Employer in Port Lincoln. This position requires you to work 38 hours per week.

As part of this position, you will undertake a Certificate III in Business, where you will learn a range of clerical and administrative skills.

Position Information

This position will have you learning a range of functions to ensure the administration activities within an organisation run smoothly. You may also complete the following tasks:

  • Accurate data entry of information
  • Filing
  • Receipting and banking duties
  • Electronic and hardcopy filing of documentation
  • Customer service duties, including answering telephone
  • Other duties as depicted by the manager

Position Requirements

To be considered for this Business Traineeship the following is required:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Have a friendly and team-orientated personality, with a positive and confident customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A mature approach to work with attention to detail.
  • The ability to work unsupervised at times.
  • Be organised, reliable, and punctual.
  • A great attitude towards new challenges and professional development.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Willing to learn and obtain a variety of valuable administrative skills.
  • Commitment to successfully completing the Certificate III in Business and willing to undertake a literacy and numeracy test.
