Career Employment Group Inc is currently seeking applications for an Aboriginal Administration School Based Trainee to work with our valued Host Employer in various locations.
As part of this role, you will undertake a Certificate III in Business, where you will learn a range of skills to work effectively in a business environment.
What does an Admin Trainee do?
You will learn to deliver and perform a range of administration functions, including:
- Producing accurate data records (electronic and manual).
- Answering enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Contributing to the delivery and maintenance of efficient work practices and processes.
- Preparing letters and contracts, correspondence and collating information.
- Providing efficient and accurate word processing.
- Assist with minor research activities.
- Provide high level culturally appropriate communication.
- Abide by and promote work, health and safety policies and procedures.
What do I need to apply?
To be eligible for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- National Criminal History Check.
- Hold a current South Australian Driver’s Licence (or be working towards one).
- Have a flexible approach towards working hours.
- Some interstate and intrastate travel will be required, which may include overnight absences.
